Elderly, but active couple in their late 70’s is in need of a wonderful domestic couple with no defendants, to help care for and maintain their beautiful land and estate. The couple would live in their own private 1500 sq. ft. 2-bedroom house on the property with their own yard and storage and can have quiet pets.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Housekeeping
Cooking
Grocery shopping
Property maintenance
Running errands
Driving couple
Shopping
Travel with couple on occasion
Dog sitting when couple is traveling
The ideal couple would not have to leave the property to go to work, so anyone who works from home is preferred. There will be minimal training but we are looking for someone who has a lot of experience in landscaping and is a Jack-of-all-trades when it comes to home maintenance. However, one person must have a general knowledge and experience in gardening, fertilizing, drip arrogation and pruning. There are no large animals on the property besides the retired couple’s large, kind dog. The hours needed are about 40 a week so the retired couple are offering a set salary.
