Description
We are in search for an executive professional housekeeper with excellent references to manage and care for a 6,000 sq ft house in Las Campanas. This is a long-term, live-in, full time position for a couple or individual. The housekeeper will have their own furnished or unfurnished (whatever they prefer) 1700 sq foot private house, plus two portals totaling 465 sq ft as well as a one car garage and exterior storage room. The house includes all major appliances such as a washer/dryer and the employer is covering all utilities, basic cable and wireless internet. In addition to the house, there will be a vehicle provided for on-duty use and the housekeeper is allowed to have a well- socialized and quiet pet.
This position is for a couple who live abroad for part of the year when they are not in Santa Fe and for the sister who also lives in the house throughout the year. The sister has MS and although she is able to care for herself, she will need help with errands and transport and appreciates companionship and help with evening meals. It's important that the housekeeper has excellent communication skills with both the couple and the sister. The housekeeper will work around the couple and the sister and when the couple is traveling the housekeeper will still clean and manage the house and will also check in with the sister every day to make sure she is okay. When the couple is traveling the housekeeper will also be pet sitting for the couple's Standard Poodle. The housekeeper's schedule is M-F 9am-5pm with flexibility to work on some weekends. Applicant's must have professional housekeeping/house managing experience and couples must each fill out a domestic application and must both pass our screening process.
