Description
Executive parents are looking for a long-term Household Manager who ideally has professional Childcare, Personal Assistance, Household Management or Chef experience. The family consists of two busy parents, two young ladies under 13 and two dogs. FLEXIBILITY is essential! The HM will need to be able to travel with the family about 3-4 weeks out of the year, not consecutively and possibly even less. There may also be some overnights at the family home on occasion if the parents are traveling. Hours vary but the HM will receive a schedule every week and will typically start between 9-11am and end between 5-7pm M-F. The HM will work on average of 35-40+ hours a week with the flexibility to work overtime on occasion. Start date is as early as August 20, 2018 but the family is willing to wait for the right person.
Ideally, the family would like to interview local candidates in the Austin area. If the HM has any cooking degree or professional experience as a chef or cook, a higher salary will be offered (if the family likes the cooking) and the hours and duties will be adjusted for 40 hours a week so the HM has enough time to cook. *However, cooking is not required for this position if the HM has more PA or Household Management experience.*

Computer savvy to handle online errands
Flexibility to help out family as needed
Besides professional experience as a Household Manager, Nanny, Personal or Executive Assistant; the most important thing is that the HM has a positive, great attitude, strong work ethic and can communicate well with the family. The candidate should not have any other local commitments that will keep her from being able to travel with the family or work occasional late nights or weekends.
