Description
DDA is currently in search for a highly experienced Head Executive Housekeeper “HEH” to start ASAP for a very busy Principal in Miami. The HEH’s work schedule is TBD with no travel needed. Flexibility to stay later or come in earlier when needed is essential.
The ideal candidate is COVID-19 vaccinated, friendly, drama-free and can work well as a team player with the Principal’s other household staff. We are looking for HEH’s who have a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience, a strong work ethic, long-term tenure with previous families, a positive attitude and great communication skills. Since this is a long-term position, we are looking for someone who can commit to this position for many years.
Other duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Management of housekeepers (training, supervising and working with)
- Hands on cleaning, deep cleaning, organizing etc.
- Household team management
- Personal Assistant duties
- Grocery shopping
- Laundry & ironing supervision
- Managing supplies (restocking, purchasing etc.)
- Helping caterers during parties
- Assist other household staff as needed
- Running errands (car available for use)
- Deep cleaning scheduling
One of the most important qualities in the HEH is that they have a great attitude with a strong work ethic. The HEH should be able to work alone, with a team and around the Principal. Other qualities include great organization and people skills. The HEH is responsible for creating a clean and smooth running household while giving the Principal as much privacy as possible.
This is a local and national search open to those with experience in a private estate as an Executive/Lead/Head Housekeeper with household management experience. Long-term tenure in a current or previous position is required, as well as excellent verifiable references.
