Description
We are in search for an Estate Manager or professional Estate Management Couple in Manalapan, FL with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience. The candidates must be confident in their skills to manage the day to day and overall logistical and financials of the property and training will be provided by the principal’s staff from London when hired. Separate housing and benefits will be provided and salary is based on the candidate’s experience but is highly competitive. The start date is being determined. The candidate must have general maintenance skills and experience in a "smart home" with basic technical skills and a knowledge of formal etiquette in guest services. Other requirements is that the Estate Manager have excellent communication skills, familiar with the Manalapan area and have a clean record (criminal and driving) as well as a good credit score. Some of the duties for this position may include:
Property and systems management
Hiring, training and supervising all household staff
Overseeing the operation and maintenance of an estate or multiple residences

Managing the principal's schedule and calendar
Organizing and running large events and parties
Bookkeeping and accounting tasks for the estate
Occasional travel to other estates
Maintaining household security
Managing designated projects
Running errands
