Lead Groundsman

A Lead Groundsman is crucial for managing and maintaining large outdoor properties that require extensive upkeep. Specializing in landscaping, maintenance, and overall grounds management, they hire and supervise gardeners and landscaping staff to keep the property in pristine condition.

This role can be live-in or live-out, though most prefer to live on-site for constant oversight. The Lead Groundsman works closely with or under the household manager, collaborating on budgeting and reporting to ensure all grounds-related operations meet estate standards.
