Why apply with Deb's Domestic Agency?
Like you, a domestic professional founded Deb’s Domestic Agency. Starting as a family assistant in the late 90’s, Deborah Traylor worked with multiple household staffing agencies across the US as her career progressed. Upon starting DDA in 2008, she wanted to build an agency that not only served the client but who equally served the domestic service providers that the agency represented. This, for example, is why DDA does not authorize contacting references without permission until the following criteria is met:
- When you’re interested in an open position
- After you’ve received an interview invitation
- If you meet our client’s criteria
While all references do require verification, our vetting process and reference forms involve extra steps to honor confidentiality. You have our commitment that based either simply on your wishes or due to confidentiality agreements; DDA will never share any information without your permission. In addition to following state-of-the-art security protocols, our applicant and client database is offline with multi-factor verification required for access.
Everything we do for you and our clients is done with transparency and integrity. It is important to us that the foundation of every relationship is built on trust. We’ve worked hard to build our reputation and we are selective in who we work with. Our hope is to team with you to ensure an ideal, long-term position for all involved.
