We take pride in offering interim placements for full-time Executive Household Staffing positions, with no commission fees for our clients. Our commitment is to ensure a seamless experience, where clients only need to pay a fair market salary, commensurate with the role, responsibilities, and the caliber of the candidate. To establish fair market salary expectations, we refer to Morgan Stanley’s comprehensive Estate and Household Compensation Report.

Terms for Interim Services
Our interim services are ideal for clients in need of top-tier talent on an expedited basis, especially for critical roles like overseeing new property construction, establishing new estate staffing, or building and training a new team. By leveraging our interim services, you can quickly onboard an interim executive, allowing for a seamless transition and avoiding an extensive and potentially time-consuming search. The use of our interim services is NOT for temporary, short-term placements and does require a temporary exclusivity agreement with the agency.
Vetted and Insured Interim Professionals
Our in-house interim professionals undergo thorough vetting and can be fully insured, providing you with peace of mind regarding their qualifications and expertise. Depending on your requirements and their availability, many interim candidates are open to accepting long-term offers
Transitioning to Long-Term Placement
Should you choose to employ your interim candidate for a continuous, long-term (12+ months) period, our agency’s standard placement fee will apply at that time. You and the interim executive can then mutually decide whether to maintain the arrangement or transition to a permanent position by hiring the interim directly.
Reserve an Interim Candidate
To secure the availability of an interim candidate, you can place a non-refundable retainer equivalent, which counts towards the first 30 days of employment. This retainer is a good faith advance and is deducted from the initial salary starting on the effective start date. During the interim employee’s term, we collaborate with them to identify the best long-term replacement and/or other necessary long-term household staff.
