Exceptional Screening Process:
Our team is rigorously trained to identify genuine references and experiences through insightful interviews. We consider not only the applicant’s professional experience but also their character, integrity, and personality. Every childcare professional we represent must have a minimum of three years of professional childcare experience, supported by outstanding references. Even if an applicant appears perfect on paper and excels during the interview process, if we have any reservations or discomfort, we trust our gut instincts and refrain from representing them.

In 2011, we were proudly accepted into the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA), the sole national nanny agency association in the US that holds agencies to a superior standard.
