Free Trial Periods

Before you make any final hiring decisions, we offer a five-day trial period for all long-term placements, if the candidate is available. This trial period helps ensure a good long-term fit for both our clients and candidates. While five days may not be sufficient for extensive training in many roles, it provides both parties with a genuine sense of work/personality compatibility, performance, communication style and the Principal’s expectations. Many of our clients do not need a trial period to know if the candidate is a great fit; and with our free replacement guarantee, you can have the peace of mind to know you that even if you choose the wrong person the first time, we’ll replace them at no additional cost.

During a trial period, you can evaluate the candidate’s adaptability, multitasking skills, teamwork, and overall attitude. This trial often sets the stage for a successful long-term partnership but isn’t always necessary. An in-person, or even virtual interview, is often sufficient evidence for a perfect match since we’ve already handpicked your top matches.

Your Options After the Trial

Once the trial is over, you have the option to extend an offer of employment to the candidate or start a trial with a different person. We’re here to help you negotiate a fair salary based on the position and the candidate’s experience, previous salary and unique skillsets. In addition, we provide you with the flexibility to use your own hiring agreement, alongside the ones we offer, and we tailor our involvement to meet your specific preferences.

We’ve Got You Covered

Our commitment doesn’t stop after the placement. We offer a free replacement guarantee within the first 60 days. Life is unpredictable, and we understand that. If you need a replacement, we provide a 50% discount for up to 6 months from the original start date. From 6 months to the end of the year, you still get a 25% discount on the original placement fee for any necessary replacements. We work closely with you, prioritizing your satisfaction and happiness.

Your Privacy Is Our Priority

At Deb’s Domestic Agency, your privacy is crucial to us. We keep everything confidential and never share private information about our clients or applicants outside the agency. Even basic client information, such as the Principal’s first name or occupation, is shared only with qualified candidates with your explicit consent. We do not refer candidates we have not personally interviewed and vetted.

The same commitment extends to the domestic professionals we represent. Although all our applicants consent to a full background investigation, we refrain from sharing their complete background report, copies of their identification, and NDA references with clients until after both parties have signed a hiring agreement. While many of our candidates have signed NDAs with their UHNW employers, we can still verify employment through our rigorous screening process. We maintain detailed records of our investigation, upholding the integrity of our privacy commitment to both our clients and candidates.
