Live-In Domestic Couple

Experienced live-in Domestic Couple needed for a retired couple who split their time between their ranch in North Carolina and estates in Houston, Texas, and Napa, California.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily Housekeeping – Expertise in cleaning and maintaining a large estate, including high-end furnishings, artwork, fixtures, and textiles
• Managing Cleaning Supplies – Inventory management, restocking, and purchasing as needed
• Deep Cleaning and Maintenance – Based on seasonal requirements
• Laundry and Ironing – Care for high-end garments, bed and bath linens, and assist with wardrobe organization and closet maintenance
• Cooking – Meal preparation, stocking the refrigerator, and grocery shopping
• Running Errands – Including dry cleaning, home supplies, vehicle maintenance, and feed store visits
• Pet Care – Caring for 4 large Bouviers and a Beagle
• Horse and Barn Care – Ranch duties exclusive to the North Carolina property
• Event Preparation – Assist with planning and preparation for special occasions, as well as hosting incoming and outgoing guests
• Privacy and Discretion – Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Household Management and Personal Assistant Duties – Including scheduling, planning, and task organization
• Home and Ranch Management – Overseeing vendors, security, organizing mail, and general property oversight
• Handyman Tasks – Light repairs, outdoor cleaning, vehicle care, and basic landscaping upkeep
• Delicate Gardening and Landscaping –Flowers, vegetables, greenhouse projects
• Energetic, Flexible, and Supportive – Ready to adapt to changing needs
• Other Projects and Duties as Assigned

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the right couple! A key quality is the ability to manage and organize tasks, ensuring all properties are well maintained year-round.

The couple will spend the majority of their time at the NC ranch, where they will have their own private home. Accommodations include a guesthouse while in Napa and off-site housing in Houston.

Ideal Candidates:

• Over 10 years of experience in a similar role
• A proven track record of 3+ years in previous positions
• Ranch experience, including working with horses
• Enthusiasm for gardening, landscaping, and cooking
• A genuine love for dogs
• Versatility to transition seamlessly between ranch life and luxurious estate living
