Flight and Yacht Crew Managers possess extensive experience and training in luxury service, safety, and team management. These professionals are responsible for onboarding and training new crew members, setting high standards of personal service and team leadership by example. Similar to household or estate managers, their roles require specific certifications and knowledge related to yacht and flight operations. Key qualifications include MCA and RYA certified yacht captains, STCW 95 crew certified trained yacht crew staff, FAA-approved certification for flight crew safety training, previous flight attendant experience on a commercial airline, and a private pilot license for flight captains.
