Just like you, a domestic professional founded Deb’s Domestic Agency. Deborah Traylor, who began her career as a family assistant in the late ’90s, worked with multiple household staffing agencies across the US. Upon starting DDA in 2008, she aimed to build an agency that not only served the client but also equally served the domestic service providers represented by the agency. This is why DDA does not authorize contacting references without permission until the following criteria are met:
- When you’re interested in an open position.
- After you’ve received an interview invitation.
- If you meet our client’s criteria.
While all references require verification, our vetting process and reference forms involve extra steps to honor confidentiality. You have our commitment that, based either on your wishes or due to confidentiality agreements, DDA will never share your private information without your permission. In addition to following state-of-the-art security protocols, our applicant and client database is offline with multi-factor verification required for access.
Everything we do for you and our clients is executed with transparency and integrity. It is important to us that the foundation of every relationship is built on trust. We’ve worked hard to build our reputation, and we are selective in who we work with. Our hope is to team up with you to ensure an ideal, long-term position for everyone involved.
