Pricing and Fees For Full Time or Part Time Employees
To start a search for a long term domestic employee, our searching fee is $250. This is non refundable but will go towards the cost of the final placement.

For full time or part time employees who can give a minimum of a one-year commitment, our placement fee is 10% of the employee's expected annual gross salary. For placement of employees working 20 hours per week or less, our fee is 12% of the employee's expected annual gross salary. This must be paid in full before the applicant’s start date.

Remember that the Pricing and Fees listed here is for the agency. The domestic employer is responsible to pay the domestic employee their salary separate from the agency.

Our Guarantee
We offer a free 60 day replacement guarantee for domestic employees who can give a 1-year commitment. After the free replacement period we offer a 50% discount for the replacement of a new employee for up to 6 months following the original start date. Between 6 months and the end of the year, if another replacement is needed, we offer a 75% discount of the original placement fee. The careful matching of the employee’s experience, skills, and personality is where we excel and this should only be in a very rare situation. Good communication between you and your consultant is essential. Your consultant will keep you informed and updated during your search; but remember that ultimately you chose to hire from the applicants you have met with and interviewed yourself.

For placements of full time or part time employees for a 6-month commitment, we offer a one-month replacement guarantee. After the free replacement period we offer a 50% discount of the original placement fee for a new employee for up to 3-months, and a 75% discount of the original placement fee between 3-months up to 6-months.

The same applies for a 3-month placement. We offer a 14 day free replacement guarantee. After the free replacement period we offer a 50% discount of the original placement fee for up to 1-month, and a 75% discount up to 3-months.

For temporary positions
For a temporary position of 6 months or less, for a full time or part time employee, our fee is 12% of the gross salary for the expected time, or a flat fee minimum of $1000.
For a temporary position of 3 months or less, for a full time or part time employee, our fee is 12% of the gross salary for the expected time, or a flat fee minimum of $500.

For live-in exchanges
Our placement fee for a live-in exchange is a flat fee of $500 for a summer position or up to 3-months. For a 6-month commitment our fee is $1000, and for a one-year commitment our fee is $2000. Our replacement guarantee still applies for live-in exchanges as mentioned in “Our Guarantee.”

Pricing and Fees for 6-Month and Annual Memberships
If you are just looking for an occasional domestic professional, our 6-month membership fee is $250 for unlimited use. This starts the first day of placement or hire, and a placement fee of $15 each day our applicant is used. For an annual membership, our fee is $500 for unlimited use, and $10 each day our applicant is used. The agency will need a one-week notice for the days required. For anything less than a 48-hour notice our fee is $25. We cannot guarantee a placement with anything less than a 24-hour notice.

One Time Fees
For a one time use, our fee is $35 total with a minimum of a 48 hour notice to the agency. For emergency and last minute services, we charge $50 for anything less than a 48 hour notice to the agency, and $75 for anything less than a 24 hour notice but can not guarantee a placement.

 

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made with a minimum of a 24-hour notice or our placement fee will still stand. This is for those with memberships or one-time uses.
